In the customer journey the label is currently just ‘breakdance_form_submission’.

Breakdance’s form builder has a field called Form Name. It would be really nice if that was the label, especially if the site has multiple forms.

It would be great if it could like to the form submission in the admin ie; /wp-admin/post.php?post=680&action=edit
